What is Reiki

Reiki, pronounced “Ray-Ki,” means spiritually guided life energy. It is a technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. Practitioners channel this soothing energy through hands and Reiki flows automatically to connect with the clients’ energy field, knowing where to go and what to do.

Benefits
Reiki is safe and complimentary with medical and psychological care. It clears energy pathways within the body, the chakras and meridians, and raises the client’s vibration by break apart emotional and physical blocks.

Clients feel a glow or lighter in the organs or areas that needed healing. They may sleep better, have a clearer head, or gain new perspectives about their situation immediately or in the days after a treatment. Reiki can shift one’s energy state, i.e. from discomfort, distress, to calm.

Reiki is a great way to cope with or improve the condition of immune-related illnesses such as multiple chemical sensitivity (MCS) and fibromyalgia. The deep relaxation gives the body a break from being on guard and may offer understanding on how health can be improved. Unlike massage therapy, Reiki is gentle and light on touch, suitable for chronic pain sufferers.

Hello ~ I was tweaking the website and posted this in the blog instead of a permanent page. Oops. But I’m glad to spread the word about Reiki. So easy and helpful to experience. ♥

What do you think?
